Contract: Permanent
Location: Remote / Hybrid 
This role is Home based with monthly travel to London (1-2 times per month), occasional travel to Newcastle and UK wide as required.
Hours per week: 37
Salary: Up to £39,300 per annum, depending on experience

The Campaign for Learning is looking for a dynamic Deputy Director, who can lead on our Innovation Award programme with our partner the Fair Education Alliance and grow the reach and impact of our National Centre for Family Learning, our annual Family Learning Festival campaign, and our Family Learning Awards.

How you'll make an impact: 
Leading the development of the National Centre for Family Learning (NCFL) membership association, based on stakeholder and sector needs, building reach and impact to deliver measurable results. This includes the development of innovative new products, training and services for members.
Building the NCFL’s online and media profile with support from NCFE Marketing & Communications colleagues
Identifying and raising funds through grants, sponsorship, and un-restricted income streams to sustain and grow Campaign for Learning’s family learning activities in line with the strategic plan.
Delivering the annual Family Learning Festival campaign, aligned with Campaign for Learning’s strategic plan to grow participation and secure sponsorship.
Delivering the Campaign for Learning’s annual Family Learning Awards to celebrate and promote excellence in family learning.

The ability to be creative and strategic, but also drive tactical solutions.
Experience of developing new propositions and bringing them to life
A solid track-record of building income streams to deliver new propositions.
The ability to proactively engage with and grow online communities.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
