Learning at Work Week kicks off on Monday 15th May!

Special events and activities will be happening in organisations across the country to raise the profile of lifelong learning at work.

Many of this year's activities are linked to this year’s theme ‘Create the future’ and will explore the learning and skills we will all need to shape and be fit for the future. Employees will have opportunities to take part in workshops, talks, team skill sharing events and more.

At Campaign for Learning, we’re highlighting the great free learning opportunities that organisations and individuals can tap into for the week. There are free courses and resources from our national partners OpenLearn, getAbstract and Northgate Training.

Online there’s a wealth of free learning that can support personal growth and professional development and inspire curiosity – from brushing up on the essentials, to building digital skills to being creative and learning to support wellbeing.

You can draw the future and experience the benefits of doodling with the Daily Doodle Challenge 2023 and enter your creative sketches for the doodle challenge prize draw.

On Wednesday it’s National Numeracy Day, where everyone can take the National Numeracy challenge and join the Big Number Natter.

We’ll be posting on Learning at Work Week’s dedicated twitter channel @lawweekwire and on Campaign for Learning’s LinkedIn  so watch out for all the great things happening during the week. If you are posting your own news, you can use this year's social media cards and graphics - don't forget to use the hashtags #LearningAtWorkWeek and #CreateTheFuture so we can share what you are doing!
